Therapy That Meets You Where You Are And Helps You Move Forward.

Offering Psychotherapy for Adults

Available in person in Los Angeles and online across California and Oregon.

My approach

I am a licensed psychotherapist offering trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate DBT, ACT, EMDR, and somatic therapy to help you build insight, emotional flexibility, and a stronger connection to yourself.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll focus on what’s showing up now and build tools that help you move forward with greater clarity and direction.

Areas of Focus/Specialties

  • Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like your mind is racing, your body’s on edge, or you’re constantly bracing for the worst. Whether it’s panic attacks, social anxiety, or chronic stress, I use DBT, ACT, and somatic tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.

  • Depression & Mood Disorders

Depression can show up as emptiness, disconnection, and fatigue. I support clients navigating depression, other mood disorders, and emotional numbness — helping them reconnect with self-worth, purpose, and energy.

  • Trauma

Trauma can live in the body long after the event is over. I offer trauma therapy for adults, including PTSD, childhood abuse, and other adverse experiences, using EMDR, somatic therapy, and a compassionate, relational approach to restore a sense of safety and stability.

  • Relationship & Family Issues

I help adults navigate challenges in relationships, marriage, and family dynamics. Whether it’s setting boundaries, accurately expressing emotions and needs, or processing emotional conflict, therapy can create space for more clarity and connection.

  • Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Grief can follow death, divorce, identity shifts, or major life changes. I support clients processing loss and uncertainty with compassion, helping them move forward with clarity and emotional resilience.

  • Addiction

Whether you’re struggling with alcohol, substance use, or addictive patterns, I offer nonjudgmental support to understand your triggers and rebuild a life grounded in choice, agency, and long-term stability.

  • Emotional Overwhelm & Dysregulation

When emotions feel overwhelming or difficult to control, they can impact your relationships, self-image, and sense of stability. I use DBT and trauma-informed tools to support emotional stability, distress tolerance, and deeper self-understanding.

  • Low Self-Esteem & Shame

When self-criticism is loud, it can be hard to feel worthy, confident, or connected. I help clients explore the roots of shame and build a kinder, more accepting relationship with themselves. Through evidence-based tools like DBT, ACT, and self-compassion practices, we’ll work toward self-worth that isn’t conditional — and more freedom to be fully yourself.
