Together, we’ll work to understand your struggles, cultivate self-compassion, and foster acceptance, while also identifying paths for constructive change and breaking unhelpful patterns.
Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, difficulty staying grounded, relationship stress, or managing distress, our sessions provide a space to explore your past experiences, develop effective coping strategies for present stressors, and move toward a more fulfilling future.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including DBT, ACT, and CBT, to help you manage distress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships, while also increasing mindfulness and gaining insight into the roots of current challenges and what maintains them. I also incorporate EMDR and a somatic approach to help release trauma stored in both the body and memory, using the mind-body connection as a powerful tool for healing.
